a seven digit problem

a seven digit problem
Hi all of the programmers, I`ve a small problem, it states that we want to
make a method bool check(int) to test a 7 digit number, we`ve three rules for
the method to return TRUE:
1- The right most digit must be even.
2- The left most digit must be odd.
3- non of the digits repeated in the number ( 1234521 returns FALSE as the digit
`2` repeated.
