About Exegenix XML conversion
We use Exegenix for conversion and have found it to be particularly
useful when the input formats are not necessarly very consistent
within or across a wide body of documents [which is perhaps the reason
you are hunting for a good technology to assist in conversion].

If you have inconsistency in formatting and variety in document types
I would encourage you to explore exegenix -- specially since their no
obligation trial will let you know whether it is a fit for you or not.

Hi; Ryan from Exegenix here. Exegenix technology is available for you
to do the conversion QA yourself, or you can have Exegenix Conversion
Service perform the QA tasks. In moderate volumes, the cost is in the
35 to 45 cents per kilocharacter range. In higher volumes (10s of
thousands of input pages), that cost can be further reduced. It really
depends on the nature of the content, the volume etc. so your best bet
its to write to Sachin Deshpande (sachin@...), senior account
manager, who will be able to work with you to get your requirements
sorted out, and, once we`ve seen a representative sample, we can
provide a quote.

If you have a very small volume and would rather just do the job
yourself, the per-kilocharacter costs are lower still, and we can
still provide XSLT or any other type of add-on services you require.

Ryan
