Agata Report

Dear all,
I need to add report model so I use agata report but I face problems
1- no arabic interface so I couldn`t write arabic words.
2- and I couldn`t run agata web give me this error:"Message: XML support is not
enabled"
so I need arabic interface report and run agata web.
any one know any information please support me as soon as possible.
