Can Open the Administrator files!

Can Open the Administrator files!
I`m trying to learn about CF. First thing first, the server. I run the CF 4.0
IDE service, and when i try to the administrator web page. The CF studio open
with the index.cfm page in the browser... And that file is unreadble!

Can Anyone help?
