Can we insert data in two tables by one statement

Can we insert data in two tables by one statement
Hi Friends,

I need to insert data(not common but related) in two tables of a single MySQL
Database. Can we do that via one statement.
If yes how.

Can we insert data in two tables by one statement
yes, with MySQL5 you can use trigers to update the other table
