convolution problem

convolution problem
hey everyone,
I am trying to write a procedure in Delphi to apply a filter to a 2D
image. I would like the procedure to handle any filter size (m x n ,
where m does not have to be equal to n)where m and n are integers
between 1 and 10, i am not sure how to do this, can anyone please
help me? thanks.
