Error adding webservices to CF MX7

Error adding webservices to CF MX7

Hi, I`m trying to add a webservice to my CFMX7 server and display
this error:

"Error creating web service. Please ensure that you have entered a
correct Web Service name or URL."

And when I try to get the webservice by the browser, it displays
this error:

The ws name and the WSDL URL are correct. In my Pc (CFMX7 developer
edition) I don`t have problems, only in the server.

Someone of you already had this error and fixed it?

Dou have a hint?
