Excel Macro(VBA): Swapping Contents

Hello:

I have been unsuccessful trying to record an Excel macro(VBA) that
would simply swap the contents of two rows or columns selected.

Let`s say I have the following in Range("A3:J3"):
5 7 9 6 8 0 2 4 1 3

And let`s say I have the following in Range("A18:J18"):
3 0 2 4 1 8 5 7 9 6

I want an Excel macro(VBA) that when I run, will exchage the contents
of Range("A3:J3") and ("A18:J18").

In this case, Range("A3:J3") will have Range("A18:J18") contents:
3 0 2 4 1 8 5 7 9 6

And Range("A18:J18") will have Range("A3:J3") contents:
5 7 9 6 8 0 2 4 1 3

Isthat possible? Thanks in advance for the help - Excel macro(VBA).
