Team Members: Between 2 - 3 years (Technical Written test)
Designers / Team Leaders: Between 3 - 5 years (Direct Technical Interviews)
Project Leader: Between 5 - 7 years (Direct Technical Interviews)
Project Managers: Between 7 - 9 years (Direct Technical Interviews)
Skill Set : Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, JBoss, Oracle, Websphere
Should possess good communication, and interpersonal skills.
Team Leads, Project Leads and Project Managers should be willing to go onsite if required. (Period may vary as per project requirement)
