Please can any one tell that program should execute in c but not in c++

I thought computers ran only binaries.

"Running"? Oh, I though they are getting killed ;)

Wasn`t that called interpreter? Okay, okay, they get translated to binary
eventually. But from the user point of view, they are running from the
source form.
