Helpertypes in Delphi wrapper
Hi Morgan

It would be nice if the fields for helperclasses (fDefaultContainerType and
fDefaultIterType) in TPyDelphiWrapper would be protected instead of private.

The reason for this wish:

I need independent DelphiWrapper instances in different modules. For this to
work I need to override the CreateWrappers, CreateModuleVars,
CreateModuleFunctions methods to avoid that every wrapper instance registers
all the delphi VCL modules (via RegisteredUnits).
But I still need the container and iterator services and those helperclasses
are initialised in CreateWrappers and I can`t initialize them in my
overridden CreateWrappers method.

Cheers
Samuel
