Highlight Record

Highlight Record
Here is my Question:
First off Im using Microsoft Access
I have a Form(formA) witch has a SubForm listing Records in Datasheet
format.
I want to be able to highlight a record from the Subform and have info
pertaining to that record populate FormA.
If anyone could help me that would be great.
