how to create ie toolbar
hi guys,

please give me details of how to create ie toolbar in
dotnet. And this toolbar should fit to any internet explorer
version.please help me its very urgent.once the user install the
toolbar it should fit to internet explorer directly.any idea about
this is greatly appreciated
