HScroll sub errs out on WindChill pgogram.
I`m entering a program in VB 4 from the book Visual Basic Workshop. It
is designed to calculate the Wind Chill Index. The problem seems to be
the HScroll objects. There are two, both horizontal, they will set the
temp and wind speed to be converted. When I type into the form_load
code window: HSCROLL1_Change and another for HSCROLL2. These two
objects are listed in the Form1 code list. But when I run the program
it errs out saying that the sub or function HSCROLL1_Change does not
exist. But there it is in the form code list. I just checked and I
guess the book is for v. 3.0 so maybe there`s something that v 4
doesn`t like. Any ideas?
