moving executables to /usr/bin

moving executables to /usr/bin
Hello,
I had created a perl program which i would like to distribute as a module. It
is a standalone executable. so I would like to put it in /usr/bin . I am
using module-starter to package my module. I would like know how to specify
things so that the automatically created makefile puts the module in /usr/bin .
If someone knows how to do the same with h2xs , please do tell me. I dont mind
shifting from moudle-starter to h2xs.
