Need Support

Dear all,
I am maged web developer.
I am working in open source project using php and mysql
I face some problems:
1- I need hijri calender in this application but I don`t have script for it.
2- I need to use c# dll in my php code so I use this code
$format = "d/m/y";
$datee = date($format);
echo ($datee);
$objj = new COM("Date.Dates");
$hij = $objj->GregToHijri($datee);
echo ($hij);
but give me error message "CGI ErrorThe specified CGI application misbehaved by
not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:"
and I don`t know the reson. I use php compiler version 4.3.11

any one know any information please support me as soon as possible.

Can you include the headers that it didn`t return in a post so we can
help to see what is not parsing right?
