open a file

open a file
Hello everyone,

I was hoping some one could help me...
I`m trying ta have my VB program open a file (plain and simple).
but can`t figure out the right coding to just simply open the file.

The file is
C:Documents and SettingsRSHDesktop est.xls

Please help
