Perl and Session Management
Is there a way to create Persistent server side Session Variables
that live for approx 20 mins in Perl. These variables will store
values that are important to the application.

Also instead of storing the Session identifier in the cookie would
it be possible to pass this identifier via URL`s ?

If there is a way would it be possible to give me a small sample of
code that shows me how to do the above ?

Thanks in advance

John

See Apache::Session and friends, in the CPAN.
