mach-ii configuration problem

mach-ii configuration problem
Dear
I have downloaded the latest version of mach-ii that
is MachII_1_0_10.zip file and it inside the wwwroot of
coldfusion server and trying to run ContactManger
(sample application). It is showing the following
error.
