I do most of my XML work in Windows, but am a Mac addict on personal time.
There is an XML editor called Butterfly (www.butterflyxml.org) which is
theoretically cross-platform, requiring only a Java Runtime Environment
(JRE) 1.4.1 or higher. I believe that OSX has this built in.

I haven`t tried the thing yet, but it caught my eye on another list (or
maybe this one) because it purportedly has integrated support for both XSLT
and DocBook. Screen shots look nice, if you`re more interested in document
structure than something more WYSIWYG. Might be worth a look as a Mac tool.
