Hi , New to Group
I would start with Learning Perl (Camel book) by O`Reilly. Then work
yourself through the rest of the O`Reilly books. Learning perl got me
started.

And in fact, if it`s about testing, the logical sequel to "Learning Perl",
"Learning Perl Objects References and Modules" gets heavily into testing.

Hi , New to Group
Dear Raghavendra,
I second Scott, the Learning Perl is excellent book.
Alternatively you can check out the PERL BLACK BOOK.
Further still, you can check up your local PERL GROUP.
If you are in Mumbai, then you can get in touch with me.
Paul

Hi , New to Group
I second that. The O`Reilly Learning Perl is an excellent book. I
still use it as a reference even though I have a decent amount of
Perl experience.
