When John Doe wants a small pizza he would check the checkbox next
to the item. Do you have any ideas how else to go this?

Re: Can you put one control(checkbox) inside another control
I thought I already answered this question earlier today.

The answer to your current question is "no". You cannot put
controls inside a listbox, dropdown, or HTML select.

Are you sure you want a listbox for this, and not just a list of
checkboxes?
