Code behind to refresh asp.net page

In the middle of a method I want to refresh the screen on the aspx
page because I have changed some values. is this possible?

But if you are going to ask this question remind people that you saw

and you thought that was too hard. That wasy people know you need an
easier to adapt example.

If that is too hard for you then google
progress bar asp.net server control
progress bar asp.net user control

and let us know of the ones you try which ones you find out to be easiest.
