need help on IE Vs Netscape
hello friends

i wanted little help on something other than our dear C-C++.
we know that a page displayed in Internet Explorer looks different
in Netscape Navigator.
well i want to know what enhancements when added to Netscape will
make it function with quality of Internet Explorer.i want to make
architechtural changes. i am surfing on net but any one knows
anything plz feel free to let me know
