urgent help with ISAPI DLL

urgent help with ISAPI DLL
Hi there, I`m new to the group.
I need some help with an ISAPI DLL that I`m trying to build. I Have a
compiled template but when I load it into IIS on NT4.0 there is an
system event saying "The HTTP Filter blah.dll failed to load. The
data is the error" the data is 0x0000007F
The objective is to filter a proprietary tag out of an inbound http
request and replace it with a database lookup.

so... if someone has a simple working ISAPI DLL written in C that I
could compare with mine, I`d appreciate it as I`m trying to get a web
services gig done.
