I have got lot of doubts, please help me
1) Why is this built-in function htmlspecialchars() not working properly ???
=> htmlspecialchars(" This is ampersand & ");

But it should be coming " This is ampersand & "
htmlspecialchars -- Convert special characters to HTML entities (see
www.php.net)
2) Why "
" doesn`t work in echo () for Windows OS ??
Has it got anything to do with OS
it works CHECK the SOURCE CODE
for example
echo "<b>first line
second line</b>";
the source code will show something like this
<b>first line
secondline</b>
if you want the html to show in different line use <br> not
3) Smarty template is aviable in ".tar", Do we something for Windows ???
If there, please send me the links
just download "winrar" to extract it...
