I guess this isn`t a big concern, and I could
change it in the future, but... Would it be a dumb idea
to use the perl left or right shift operator as a
password encription function? (I`m assuming that the
crypt() funtion will change value on the same password
with different web hosts. Which incidentially, causes
incidental, minor side effects if one ever has to do
