I think that register globals is not a good idea because it`s not safe solution.
It`s better to send variables in form and than use _POST, or use session like in
previous post

Ok, fare enough as marek suggest send a variable in a form or like the
following format: index.php?page=123
And the using the following:
$page=$HTTP_GET_VARS[`page`];
$page=$HTTP_POST_VARS[`page`];

My feeling is there is something wrong the way PHP is set up, try using
mysql_fetch_assoc() and see of that works. The reason is that mysql_fetch_array
() uses an argument that is a constant value and this for some reason is not
being set/passed right.

Have you checked to make sure that table exists in your database? And
that it`s not corrupted?
You might want to issue this command instead of the "Select NOW()";
below:
"SHOW TABLES";
Make sure you are seeing the table.

MySQL Connection
What does this tell you?
$query = "Select txt_ID FROM tbl_BBY ";
$result = mysql_query($query);
if (mysql_errno()) {
echo "<p>MySQL error: ". mysql_error() . "</p>";
echo "<p>SQL: $query</p>";
die;
}
Here`s another way to check for errors.
$query = "Select txt_ID FROM tbl_BBY ";
$result = mysql_query($query);
if (!$result) {
echo "<p>MySQL error: ". mysql_error() . "</p>";
echo "<p>SQL: $query</p>";
die;
}
