Programmer needed for simple admin project.

Programmer needed for simple admin project.
We have a simple admin project that we need help with. We just have
too many projects going on right now. If we can find the right
person we will have many other projects that we will need help with
periodically and would like to use the same person. We started using
a programmer that had bid $250 to complete the project, but he was
affected by the hurricanes and now has a full time job somewhere
else.
As far as the design and layout it needs to look as much like our
original flash tab design as possible
http://66.219.60.165/loantracker (this one eventually errors because
our flash forms are too big) - we started a non flash demo for the
owner to see at http://66.219.60.165/loantracker2 (search for a
common last name and click edit on one of the listings - All the
database data was randomly generated) - This is a basic design that
looks similar to the flash design - the code is real basic and would
need some work, we just had to get it functional for a small demo. -
We have gotten the Student Info tab mostly complete. And the
references tab is practically non-existent, it`s been modified so
that there is only one field.
