Senior Oracle DBA at NC
I am looking for a Senior Oracle DBA.Description:Senior Oracle Data Base Administrator with solid 5+ years of technical experience on Unix platforms (HP and SUN).Must have in depth knowledge related to computer hardware (servers, networks, RAID devices, I/O subsystems).Many of these recommendations will include disaster recovery sites, high availability configurations, database replication, server clustering, OLTP, DSS, etc. solutions.Experience with Performance and Monitoring tools like Spotlight, foglight, OEM and DBArtistan.Experience with monitoring and trending analysis tools. Solid experience in OAS/9iAS Experience with Oracle standby using 8i and 9i databasesExperience with Oracle replication would be a plus.Experience in Sybase, MSSqlServer, Web Development (using JSP, VB, Front Page) and RMAN would be a big plus.
REQUIRED:Oracle, Unix (HP, Sun), Performance and Monitoring tools (Spotlight, foglight, OEM and DBArtistan), OAS/9iAS, Oracle Standby (8i, 9i), Oracle ReplicationDESIRED:Sybase, MSSqlServer, Web Development (using JSP, VB, Front Page) and RMAN would be a big plusLocation: Charlotte, NCDuration:  6 Months
