smarty installation on windows + IIS

smarty installation on windows + IIS
Hii,


I am new to smarty. I have windows 2000+IIS+PHP4.3.3. Anybody knows
how can i configure smarty in this Environment.

I also want to configure XSLT in this Environment. I copied the
sablot.dll and expat.dll in c:winntsystem32 folder and also uncomment
the XSLT line from ini file, but its still giving me DLL error when i
run my files.
