try thisone:

~/public_html/WebApplication/jupiterpharma
~/public_html/WebApplication/jupiterpharma/Search_It/search_it.cache

~ stays for your homedirectory

or just create a file like thisone to get the real path:

<?
$rpath = realpath(".");
print $rpath;
?>

regards
