Admin Executive:- 
 
a.      The candidate should be Graduate with minimum of 5-6 years past experience in the similar post.

Job Responsibility:-
a)     Public relations and liaison with NMMC, MSEB, local police, political parties, MLAs/MLC`s etc.
b)     Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of office premises, equipments and furniture (i.e. air-conditioning, electrical fittings, carpentry, painting, fire fighting/detection system, Pest Control  etc)
c)      Personnel Management of support staff in the office (i.e. Monitoring of Drivers, Cleaners, Security Guards etc)
d)     Organizing /Co-ordination of official functions and events.
e)     Procurement of stationery items, sundry items of consumable stores and cleaning materials for day to day operation, maintenance and housekeeping.
f)       Travel and Transport Management.

h)     Management of Company Guest House.
