UNIX SUPPORT - EXP-3-7 YEARS /QUALIFICATION -BE/BTECH/MCL/DIP(POLYTECHNIC)
SKILLS-
DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE UNIX ENVOIRNMENT
Day to day management and maintenance of the UNIX environment
Experience of managing back-up services running
2 GB of data nightly
Has held a similar role in a large organization
PC SUPPORT –0-5 YEARS BE/BTECH/MCA/DIPLOMA
SKILLS
PC Support (MUMBAI): Running a shift of the Local Support (PC support) teams in
a facility Excellent
communication skillsTeam leading experience for at least 8 people
Experience of managing IT support teams,Good technical knowledge of PC support
PC Support (Bangalore): Resolving IT support issues, typically by visiting a
customers desk and resolving the problems Excellent technical skills, especially
PC support (hardware and MS software)Excellent communication skills,Experience
of working in a similar role for a large organisation
