versioninfo for P4D

versioninfo for P4D
Hi, Morgan
 
I`ve would like TPythonEngine method/property returning P4D version (string). This way
I can verify at runtime the application is built with the correct P4D version. This
is a problem today when we`re using multiple computers.....
